UN-303 Rollbar Clamp Instructions
1-1/2” to 2-1/2” Tubing

This rollbar mounting system is rated for devices up to 4 lbs. in continuous use. The clamping base accommodates tubing from 1-1/2” to 2-1/2” diameter. Note: The U-bolt is zinc plated steel, and this should be considered when mounted near a compass.

  • For 1-1/2” to 2” diameter tubing the clamping block should remain with the large “V” up as shown in illustration A.

  • Illustration B shows the recommended positioning for tubing from 2” to 2-1/2” diameter. Invert the clamping block with the large “V” down and reverse the ball position. Always be sure the locking washer is in place and the ball is securely tightened.
